The OILMISER� OFF LINE Filtration Kit is shipped fully assembled and ready for installation.  If disassembly and reassembly is required follow the following procedure

The assembly procedure is simplified when the final orientation of the suction & return ports for the OILMISER� Off-Line Filtration kit mounted on the reservoir, is pre determined. 
Assembly in a clean work area with the aid of a bench vice is recommended. 

<1 >   Remove the cap and air filter from the OILMISER� FILLorDRAIN�.
< 2 >   Holding the body of the FILLorDRAIN� in the bench vise with the side port facing up, feed the 90° bend of the 5/8" OD tube (#1) through the 90° passage on the FILLorDRAIN�.
< 3 >   Slide the 8" aluminum pipe (#2) up the long leg of the 5/8" OD tube and tighten securely into the bottom port of the FILLorDRAIN�.
< 4 >   Slide the ¾" OD tube (#3) over protruding end of the 5/8" OD tube. Note: only one end of the ¾" tube accepts the 5/8" OD tube.
< 5 >   Slip the solid end of the male-to-male coupler (#5) over the transition tube and tighten securely into the side port of the FILLorDRAIN� .
< 6 >   Turn the OILMISER� Tee (#4) onto the exposed end of the male-to-male coupler.  The ½" NPT side port can rotate through 360°.  Position as desired and securely tighten the locking nut.
< 7 >   Locate the exposed end of the ¾" OD tube into the ¾" bore of the OILMISER� End Adapter (#6) and tighten securely.
< 8 >   This completes the assembly procedure. Check all threaded connections for final tightness.
< 9 >   When using the Sampling Port option, the OILMISER� sampling tube pipe clips should be positioned on the 1" aluminum pipe to insure the final position of the sampling tube in the reservoir.

Having pre-established the desired suction & return oil paths, for your off-line filtration system, the appropriate adapters and/or quick disconnects can be threaded into the completed assembly before mounting on the reservoir.

The OLF-1335 for use in a standard oil drum, is supplied fully assembled.  A sliding foot on the suction tube, adjusts to the bottom of the oil drum and allows the drum to be be fully dispensed.
