International Sales, Marketing & Payment Policy
JLM Systems Limited, is the originator, and exclusive rights holder for OILMISER™ Technology, and the OILMISER™ Line of Fluid Handling Products, including the OILMISER™ FILLorDRAIN™, it's attachments and component parts.

It is the intention of JLM Systems Limited to offer the full line of OILMISER™ Fluid Handling Products to the international industrial market place through the World Wide Web.  Our products are available to any and all who respond to our web site, www.oilmiser.com, to our Toll Free Service (in the USA and Canada) ; by telephone to or by facsimile to (604) 521-1244.

As both the manufacturer and vendor for OILMISER™Technology, to an international customer base, payment by  VISA credit card transaction in US funds is the accepted form of payment.  VISA  transactions are processed on the day the goods are shipped.  All goods are shipped collect from Richmond, BC Canada or from our nearest USA supplier.  Goods can be sent prepaid only on a VISA transaction for the full invoice amount including all shipping charges.  A documentation / handling charge of  $20.00 USD is applied to all prepaid shipments

At the discretion of JLM Systems Limited, payment by direct bank (wire) transfer, may be required prior to shipping.  JLM Systems Limited must be in receipt of your confirmation, accepting the terms of sale prior to shipping.  Confirmation can be transmitted by facsimile to (604) 521-1244 or by E-mial to [email protected].    A documentation / handling charge of  $20.00 USD is applied to all prepaid shipments.

An Order Fulfillment Notification including shipment tracking numbers, and our Invoice are sent by facsimile or by E-mail ( .pdf file format) on the date the goods are shipped.

The invoice price for all OILMISER™ Fluid Handling Products is calculated from the $ US List Price, published on our web site, on the day that the purchase is confirmed.  The purchase price for all products by associated manufactures is subject to confirmation at time of ordering.

JLM Systems Limited provides the following support for our customers and “Stocking Distributor”.

  •  We will manage and maintain a current, informative and interactive web site.
  • We will continue to promote product awareness through international print media advertising and editorial exposure in selected trade and commercial publications.
  • We will maintain a clear and consistent pricing policy, for direct sales resulting from our product exposure through the print media or on the internet.
  • We will provide a listing service and/or a link for all “Stocking Distributors”, on our web site.
  • All OILMISER™ Fluid Handling Products are unconditionally guaranteed to meet published design specification and operating performance criteria.
  • All products by associated manufacturers are warranted by that manufacturer.
  • We rely solely on the good will, reputation and sales efforts of the local “Stocking Distributor” and make no claims nor accept any responsibility for their performance.
