The OILMISER™ OFF-LINE FILTRATION kit.

• A simple retro fit for most hydraulic reservoirs, the OILMISER™ Off-Line Filtration kit uses the standard filler/breather mounting pattern; 6 holes on a 2.88" bolt circle 
• Air quality is assured with the standard OILMISER™ 5 µm air filter and all weather molded cap, or with an optional OILMISER™ top end adapter to the air breather of your choice.
• Designed for continuous kidney loop filtration, the Off-Line Filtration kit remains a fully functional air breather at all times, independent of system operation.
• Order it with the sampling port  SP option, and all your oil maintenance needs can be met in one simple installation; air quality, fluid handling, oil analysis, and fluid conditioning.
• Also available in the severe duty  SD version with a top end adapter welded on.  It can tackle the most demanding applications, mobile, marine, mining or industrial, indoors or outdoors.
• The OILMISER™ Off-Line Filtration kit comes with two ½" NPT female pipe ports for the suction and return oil  paths.
• With the Sampling Port option, a ¼" NPT female pipe port, is connected to a ¼" OD by 18 inch long sampling tube that extends into the reservoir or drum
• Special Pipe clips maintain the position of the sampling tube within the reservoir or oil drum, giving consistent and reliable oil samples every time.

The OILMISER™ OFF-LINE FILTRATION kit and Drum Dispenser

• Available in a fully assembled drum mounted version, the  OLF-1335  has a 2" NPT male pipe thread for the  2" pipe bung on a standard oil drum.  Only the 2" pipe bung is removed, reducing the potential for contaminant ingression.
• A longer Stainless Steel suction tube with a sliding foot adjusts to the bottom of the drum to facilitate maximum dispensing
• Now you can polish your lubricating oils right in the suppliers oil drum, draw a sample, and establish your baseline cleanliness levels before they are dispensed into your machinery
